The Service is a community platform for pickleball players, providing features such as club management, meet (practice session) hosting, and player search.

2. Accounts

Users must register with accurate information
Users are responsible for managing their own accounts
Creating multiple accounts per person is prohibited

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited.

Harassment, bullying, or defamation of other users
Registering or posting false information
Interfering with service operations
Unauthorized access, scraping, or other technical attacks
Spamming for commercial purposes
Activities that violate applicable laws

4. Content

Copyright of content posted by users (text, images, etc.) belongs to the users. However, users grant the Service a license to use such content to the extent necessary for service operation.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided as-is without guarantees of completeness or accuracy
The operator is not responsible for disputes between users
The operator is not responsible for accidents or injuries at meets or events
The operator is not responsible for damages due to service interruption or termination

6. Account Suspension

Accounts may be suspended or deleted without prior notice for violations of these Terms.

7. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be changed without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes agreement to the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. In case of disputes, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
